you don't need pop in your life. I stopped drinking pop years ago and only drink it during the holidays. water is good for you and you should never get tired of it. And you don't want to try any processed sugary drinks. Maybe try natural sugary drinks like Juicy juice, orange juice, and apple juice. Or maybe try some vitamin water. =]

There are Torini syrups you can mix with just plain water to make lovely drinks or add them to tea/lemonade to change them up a bit. Juices blend together really well get a few you like and start mixing - write down the combos you like for future enjoyment. Try making your own fresh juices with a blender and some fruits/vegetables. Have Fun!

You can mix your own soda and it doesn't have to be the 'bad' stuff. Buy club soda, juice [frozen is cheapest], and I use sweetner because I don't do well w/sugar. You don't need much juice and just mix and drink. It's good, refreshing and much cheaper than soda. You can do this with regular water too. I use fresh squeezed lime juice and a touch of sweet.

And herbal teas cold are very good.

keep in mind a lot of the stuff mentioned as a ton of sugar and empty calories so if you drink it in excess, it's not very good for you.

try cutting up a cucumber and putting it in your water. or a lemon (occasionally since doing it all the time isn't good for your teeth due to the high acidity). you said no tea, (i'm assuming you mean hot tea) but herbal iced tea is good. i just stick two teabags in a pitcher in the fridge filled with water.

Might I suggest juice drinks? They taste great and are good for you. I personally like Snapple, Sobe, and Fuze. I really love soda, though, so I am one to talk..... :-D
