Oh Judy, Judy, Judy!! Darling, by all means make tea and answer questions of course! The bathroom can wait another day or two. I'm sure it isn't all that bad, knowing you. After all,
you baked over 200 cookies for the Holidays, cooked dinner for your daughter and grandson, so it is okay to take some time out for Sweet Judy and do what you enjoy doing so much

Clean the bathroom then reward yourself with a clean bathroom and tea! Maybe you could answer some questions.
Cleaning the bathroom will give you a feeling of real accomplishment. It will get you up and moving. It is not fun but it's necessary.

If the bathroom is so bad you won't be able to eliminate your tea later until you've stopped to clean it, then #1. If not, #2.
