my older daughter didn't lose hers until she was halfway through 1st grade. My 4 yr old also got all of her teeth VERY early, she started teething at 3 months and three teeth came in at a time, she had all of her teeth by the time she was 6 months old. Would that have anything to do with losing baby teeth early?

Yes, her getting them early would have everything to do with losing them early. My younger sister was the same way. Also, our sitter (I have a 3 yr. old) has a daughter who was losing them at age 4, I remember she was not in kindergarten yet. My daughter will probably be the opposite, she didn't start getting her teeth in until 14 months.

No thats fine my son who's 5 now lost his first tooth at 4 he has lost 5 teeth altogether anyway his dentists said his teeth is fine. He also got his first tooth at 10 weeks, not sure why but he did its all fine but if your worried take her to the dentists

Sorry to need add that his jaw is not mature as his teeth so his dentist said my son might need to wear a brace when he is older, this seems likely as his teeth has started to go wonky.

Yup it sure would. My two youngest got their teeth very early and my daughter lost her first baby tooth at 4 as well. Dentist assured me this was acceptable because of the precosious tooth development.

Just make sure she brushes and have regular dental check ups.

I had almost all my primary teeth lost by the time I got into grade 1. The majority fell out when I was ages four and five with my molars beingt he last to come out and if I remember correctly my front teeth were the first to go (and come in very huge for my tiny face :P)

Yeah it would.

Deciduous teeth are shed when a hormone change signals the adult tooth buds to start growing. Its based on when her body is ready to grow teeth, not on a set age or point in time.

Theres nothing wrong with her, or her lost tooth.

what does her dentist say, at 4 she should have been at least 8 times by now, ask the dentist, or make her an appointment
