as far as the US is concerned? the first answer is correct... the US is in the waiver countries with all the countries named by the 1st person,if you are from another country? come back and edit your question..and yes, it is also correct,
that you may indeed enter some countries in the ASEAN and get a visa on entering, but always check before leaving..... and read travel warning as well.......

Many countries have visa waiver agreements with other countries, which allow citizens of both countries to travel freely for short visits without having to get a visa.

Singapore, Hongkong, Philippines, Israel and Kazkhstan are some countries that do not require a visa for a short visit only.

If you are in England, you can go to any countries who are member of the E.U. without a visa.

If you are in Southeast Asia, for example in the Singapore, you can go to ASEAN member countries without a visa.
