Preparation H is a medication used to decreased the symptoms of hemorrhoids. It has a medication that decreases swelling and helps with itching/ pain. I could see using it to decrease the size of acne bumps, but that would be all.

helps shrink hemmoriods and relieve pain with a cooling creme, applied to you butt. (Note: once got an email of warnings that are actually printed - Prep H capsules are to be inserted into the anal cavity, NOT taken orally)
I once heard that models have used it to reduce puffiness around the eyes (it tightens the skin)
But I've never used it for either so I have no clue if it works
