This goes back to Governor Anderson of many years ago, his cabinet screwed up the deer seasons also and, the pheasant seasons. Along with the "Drain the swamps" ruined all the good hunting spots for the sake of the suburbs.

Usually based on the spring thaws and spawning patterns, not a failed relationship. My wife's birthday lands right in the middle of the salmon run. She has learned to like fishing!

But the good news is that I think the moms can fish free (no license) that time.

It was probably a typical male thing where they just don't pay attention to what is going on except what they want..
