How do you remove the headrest from a 07 mustang?

I have a 07 mustang GT and need to remove the headrest to have embroidered

Follow the directions in your owners manual for adjusting the height of the head restraints. (see diagram on page 86)
You should be able to pull the posts all the way up & out of the seat to remove the the headrest.

Some of them have pins that have to be knocked out when at full height. Otherwise you just have to pull the headrests all the way up and out using the button on the posts.
