I make a vegie pizza that is sooooooo good and beautiful. I use whatever vegies I'm in the mood for. It's just so pretty with all the colors.

INGREDIENTS
2 (8 ounce) packages refrigerated crescent rolls
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix
1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Roll out the crescent roll dough onto a 9x13 inch baking sheet, and pinch together edges to form the pizza crust.
Bake crust for 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Once finished cooking, remove crust from oven and let cool 15 minutes without removing it from the baking sheet.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and dry Ranch dressing. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange broccoli, tomato, green bell pepper, cauliflower, shredded carrots, and Cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer. Chill for one hour, slice and serve.

Take a loaf of uncut bread (any kind you like - sourdough, french, rye, pumpernickel etc) and make it into a bowl. (Remove the inside, all but about an inch from each side and the bottom).

Tear the pieces of bread that you removed from the loaf into about bite-sized pieces.

Place the loaf and bread pieces into a 300 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, till lightly toasted. Place on a serving tray and arrange the toasted bread pieces around it.

Fill the inside of the bread loaf with your favorite dip - Ranch/buttermilk, spinach, alfredo sauce, queso dip, etc.

You can interspace veggies, such as broccoli, carrots, celery, in among the bread.

Frozen puff pastry is your best friend, even if you didn't know it.

It can be filled with many things, but i like to roll it out, line it with prosciutto and gruyere cheese. Roll it into a lot, slice it about 1/4 inch. Place the "pinwheels" on a baking sheet and pop into the oven a few minutes. (I won't give times or temp on this, since i always have something else going on in the oven, and just reserve the bottom rack for this. just keep an eye on it, it does go pretty fast)

You can try a rye bowl. Rye bread cut out the middle and cut it up into little pieces, then buy the rye dip, its tangy but very delicious. Or you can make your own veggie or fruit platter with cheese, they usually go over very well. If you really want to cook, try making some seafood cakes, or salmon patties.
