cute... I like that...
He likes to air dry it...
A dog'spenis is usually kept protected in a sheath. Some like to hang it out on a regular basis. I don't think anyone knows exactly why. Maybe they want to air dry it. One of my dogs (Aussie) does it periodically, but the other (pyr) does not.

It's an individual habit and I doubt there's anything you can do about it other than train yourself to ignore it.

When a male dog is neutered, they only remove the testicles. Not the penis. So, yes, it can be seen.

lol I don't know! I have a male chihuahua too but he isn't neutered. lol but i did have a male weiner dog and we got him neutered but I didn't really pay attention if his "red thing" came back. I don't think it will, but I'm not sure. Ask your dogs vet and they should tell you. Unless you're emarrassed then you can just wait and figure out for yourself.

if a man was casterated would he still be able to 'get it up' yes he would. the red thing you are refering to is his penis so no, him being neutered only lowers his testosterone levels, it doesnt stop him completely being able from it to pop out

red thing lol!

His penis wont be seen as much, but it will still be visible sometimes. When they get excited or happy.

His 'red thing'? Are you referring to his penis? They don't cut off his penis, just his testicles.
