Why do you have to hint to him? Just go in and kiss him if you want to. But since you want him to make the first move, just tell him how you feel.

lol, well if you really want to catch him off guard and do something that will shock him just look at him randomly and say, "So you wanna make out," lol, it worked on my man....he was way to shy to make the first move so I didn't only break the ice but also impressed him with how comfortable I was with the idea of kissing him!
Just blurt it out, if you think about it you will panic and wont be able to do it....but if you can it really helps him know what you are thinking about too...
Guys like girls that will make the first move!

Uhmmm, well just look at his lips while touching yours. Also, talk about a kiss or something that has to do with a kiss, (but don't say you want him to kiss you though) that should hint him that you want him to kiss you.

my first girlfriend finally said when I was dropping her off one night, " so are you going to kiss me or what?" it took that to get me to move from being so shy and kiss her, then things moved on from there normally
