Going in January 5th and it is going to be freezing. I have heard I need a lock , an alarm check and I was told you can only wear two layers. Is this true?

Tent city is totally and completely 100% true. Convicted felons actually sleep in huge tents outdoors. They have to wear traditional prison stripes with pink undies. The felons also must work in a volunteer program and if they refuse they are relocated indoors where there are harsher rules and regulations. This may seem harsh, but it might make him think twice before committing another crime. I'm not going to lie, the weather is pretty rough here in Arizona in the summer so I hope your friend makes it!
