Research and Analysis Wing is a part of the intelligent agency in India.There may not be any direct recruitment to RAW.It is not a spy agency as such.The lowest level of entry in any intelligence agency may be as "informer"from there they are promoted depending on usefulness efficency etc.or you join Central Bureau of Investigation by applying to them as and when they adverise recruitment.
