According to the book of Psalms 10:4. As well as chapter
14:1. So does this make any legitimate point ? The
powerful prophecy behind the Word. How it speaks on
your very own ways, and unbelieving spirit. It was written
before the day you were even born. Now how did that
ever happen. Prophecy. All of the things you see
in the Bible in the book or Revelations, are going on
before your very eyes. And there are many more to
come. And during the period when you are taken to
the slaughter house, by the Anti Christ, it was said,
that some of you shall believe. This will be a moment
of redemption, and some will even be saved. Yes
some of you. Yes you. But don't take my word for it......
It is only a matter of time. ~~~ Oh what a bad day to
be an, oh well, an Atheist. * Bible verse speaks
against those who reject the Father and His existence.
What do you think about that ? Best answer wins. ***

I found it difficult to follow your question. I think the general theme is a suggestion that non-believers are in trouble. I agree. My favorite verse on this subject is Hebrews 11:6:

"And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." (NIV)

All the folks who think they can be good enough to earn their way to heaven are in trouble, and they may not realize it.

As for the last day, check out Romans 14:11-12:

It is written:
" 'As surely as I live,' says the Lord,
'every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will confess to God.' "

So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God.
(NIV)

Sadly, for those who stubbornly refuse to believe the evidence now, the day will come when they *do* believe. The bravado with which they declare their refusal will disappear.

Hello my new friend :)

I will do my best to keep this respectful and I hope you will recognise my good intentions. You yourself said in this post that the Bible speaks of us atheists and that specific verses were written before the day we were born. It is so indeed, the Bible was written before I was born, I think we can both agree on that one. But what about those atheists who existed before the Bible? There surely must have been people who didn't believe in any diety at all even before the Bible? Or were all those people polydeists and Pagan? I don't think so.

That was one thing I wanted to say. The other thing I feel very strongly about is that using Bible as a proof against those who actually don't believe the Bible to be true is ... well, sort of ridiculous and pointless. I believe you would have a good heartfelt laugh if I came to you and claimed that Jane Austen is the messenger of the goddess herself and quoted ''Pride And Prejudice'' to prove my point. I know you won't take my argument as a serious one, but exactly by not taking it seriously - you are actually proving my point. That it's ridiculous to use a reference people don't believe in to prove them wrong!!!

I really mean no offence. By the way, that answerer Moderates Unite! really smacked you right in the head. Don't disappoint me please, prove to me that you're open-minded and choose his answer as the best because he really did an awesome job.

Best of wishes! :)

Zodiac man... interesting name, do you also believe in the fortunes of the stars, then you must be believing in false gods, and that would be a worse crime than simply not believing in god?

and what wonderful section do you use to quote me my fate, well Psalms... The thing that stands out about the psalms is how violent, vengeful, and vindictive they are. "Break their teeth, O God, in their mouth ... let them be cut pieces." Such prayers fill the psalms along with statements like this: "The righteous shall rejoice when he seeth the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked."

This is the same section that says your loving god will hide from those who need him the most. 10:1 - so in (14:1-3) "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God."
Atheists are fools who never do anything good. According to Jesus (Mt.5:22), the psalmist is in danger of hell for uttering the word fool.

And Psalm 53 is just a copy of Psalm 10,, a copy, a mistake dded by a religious editor who thought more about the words he was copying than any vauge attemp to understand them... when it comes to commandments, you break 1 every week! you break the sabbath, you dont rest on Saturday, but on the day the Pagan Constantine choose to make Chrisianity more acceptable to his pagan troops.

Does it really speak against the Atheists or does it only state an opinion that can be accepted or rejected?

I am of the opinion that most Bible toting guys are the first ones to yell FREE WILL as being the rule in the Bible. Am I wrong?

If you were really serious about bringing non believers closer to Christ, "WHY" threaten them and belittle them? This is a sure fire way to ensure no one takes you to heart and most certainly from taking a closer look at the Bible and its content.

The intriguing thing is; YOU could be right? Non believers {Which I am} have no more proof than believers on if Heaven, The Bible and Eternal Damnation exists or not?

So, what I think about your post is; If you truly care about people coming to Christ and believing , you might want to consider re-thinking your delivery and approach vs. turning people off instantly as you have done by your above words.

Look. Ok i don't believe in God but I was brought up a ctaholic and remember a lot of what i was taught about God. One of the first thing I was taught was that he was a FORGIVING god and that secondly that a person's deeds and the way they conducted their life was the most important thing god considered when judging people RATHER than what belief system they 'officially' subscribed to. Do you think that God would admit YOU into heaven on the strength of your bullying tactics and scaring people into religion RATHER than the sworn athiest who shows nothing but patience and understanding for people unconditionally? Read the parable of the tax collector who loudly self congratulated himself in front of a whole congratulation for his 'holiness' while criticizing the 'bad' people. Jesus condemed these bullies and said God would look more kindly on those who privately strived to be better people. You go away and have athink about that for a little while. You better try and learn some compassion for the people you share the world with no matter what thier beliefs otherwise God is going to have a few things to say to you outside those gates on judgement day. While the athiests who never believed and lived their lives with kindness walk atraight through. If you belive that. . .

Any organization speaks against those who don't accept them. Religion on a whole succeeds on scare tactics. That is how it controls the ignorant. Your not allowed to think ,just react to what ever you are told or read.
I have spent 18 months in various countries of the middle east .Before and during the war. They are a very backwards and superstitious people. Not much has changed since biblical times. They are descendants of the same backwards superstitious people who wrote the bible .

As an atheist I don't really give a monkey's what is in Psalms, Revelation or any other book in your bible. Clearly, the book of Revelation and any "predictions" or "premonitions" in it refers to the first century Roman occupation of Palestine, no other time.

I just had a vision and revelation from God. And since I've declared myself incapable of religious error, I know it is TRUTH.

Let me share it with you. . .

Oh by the way, Christians who hate others will not like what is in my revelation.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

OH, and while I have a Bible expert here could you help me with a few verses:

"Slaves, obey your earthly masters with deep respect and fear. Serve them sincerely as you would serve Christ.” [Ephesians 6:5]

“Christians who are slaves should give their masters full respect so that the name of God and his teaching will not be shamed. If your master is a Christian, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. You should work all the harder because you are helping another believer by your efforts. Teach these truths, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them.” [1 Timothy 6:1-2]

And just where do you think it best to get my slaves. God seems to say it'sOK.

Whoever wrote the bible anticipated non-believers and predicted terrible consequences. All religions contain an element of fear since they were devised to control, unite and give uneducated people moral guidance. My faith is in Humanism and Science - I don't do blind faith. If there are consequences and I am proven wrong (please note I try to keep an open mind) I will accept them. I think I'm on pretty safe ground here.
