ok so i kno that u can download music for free off of limewire.com, right? i have an ipod nano (new one) and i dont want to always have to buy songs from itunes all the time. but i heard limewire is really crappy recordings! and i dont want to make my computer all messed up either!

I know some people who use limewire, it is pretty good. You just have to know what you are doing. Like being able to tell how good a song is by the file info and stuff. once you get used to it, it is really easy and pain free. I help my friend with hers all the time. It won't mess up your computer unless you are stupid.

I have used LimeWire before and I don't really have any major complaints.
However, I have heard that you can get viruses and such from it, so I'd just suggest that you be careful of what you download and run regular virus scans and antispyware scans as well.

you're completely right...limewire has a bad background about viruses...if you don't know how to configure and use it..I recommend you not to use it...information from your computer could be in danger,, 'cause limewire allows you to share your files and whatever you want..sometimes it does without asking you..be careful....

"free" yes legal no not to mention all the viruses there save yourdelf the grief buy the songs its legal won't hurt your pc and will not sound crappy
