I'll assume you are running IE 7. Click "Tools" and then "Internet Options. On the "General tap, under the "Tabs", click "Settings". In "Tabbed Browsing Settings" click "Enable Tabbed Browsing", and any other settings that you wish to run. When you have made your choices, click "OK". You will need to restart your system.

you need to download IE 7 or firefox...
this browser have an tab that can be open IE in one window

ctrl + T. It will only work in IE 7 though as previous versions do not have the tab feature.

if you click on tools menu and then click on windows update it will update to internet explorer 7. and you will have the tabs. just choose express update

first check wat is the browser ur using in computer if its IE 6, upgrade it to latest IE 7 from this link "ie7dinu.notlong.com".
in IE 7 u will find lot of advanced features so do it.
