Everyone that has been in or will be in a relationship will experience a broken heart, men and women. It all depends on your inner strength and how you handle adversity. When it happens, it's going to hurt.
First of all, you have to realize that you can move on from the hurt and pain of it. Try to surround yourself around things that are going to make you feel better. Go to a place that you can meditate. Surround yourself around your inner circle of friends, the ones that are going to support you with what ever you are going through (without judgment).
Take what you've gone through as a learning experience. Take the good things from the relationship and save and share them with someone that is going to enjoy them with you. And the other, use them for improving your standards to find someone that's going to fulfill your wants and needs.

I have had my share of broken hearts and let me tell you, when someone hurts you, you feel like you will never survive.... until you meet someone else who sweeps you off your feet and then you look back on the person who "broke your heart" and realise it probably wasnt true love anyway.
what doesnt kill you makes you stronger, and trust me, you will be fine in a while.... you will survive... your hearts not broken.... its just a bit sore thats all.
Just remember... they call them your "first love" for a reason.... because they are your first and not intended to be your last....
Just enjoy yourself, move on with your life and do the best you can to start the healing process. Make sure you are always surronded by good friends and family too.... that always helps.
Good luck sweetheart and remember what I said..... it'll be ok but its gonna take a little while to stop the pain
Cheer up :)

It depends on how much you loved the guy. Some women take years to grieve over lost 'soul mates,' and some women never get over it and just live w/ a bunch of cats as a sort of replacement for a broken heart. But it also depends on your age...

I think it goes both ways. You may never truly "get over" the heart break but you will grow from it. When we get hurt it is up to us to decide how we deal with it. We can wallow in it and let it destroy us OR we can take the pain and channel it into some good. We can use the experience and learn from it and be a better person.
We carry with us baggage from past experiences but we have to learn and move forward in order to be truly happy. Every person who comes into our lives leaves a mark on us .... you just have to decide if the mark will be a bruise or not.

Heart never breaks.....it's just a "saying".Life never stops for occurrence of a break up.That's quite common. We usually become more mature in the process.Just take everything in your stride.Be Bold and act like a real Man.There are many more there around you.Be sure , you will get a suitable one soon.
God Bless

You should really check out Michael Fiore's video on how to get your ex back in a matter of days through text messages. It's crazy but it works, I never believed I could get back with my ex wife in this life time but it did happened. I cheated on her a lot of times and still we are back together (won't do it again), unbelievable what some psychology can do.
Anyway, watch the video here: http://www.textyourexback.link - it will blow your mind. Good luck!

let me guess, you feel like you are in love and that it doesnt make sense why the guy doesnt like you back? im in the same position, i promise you'll het over him. think about it, you dont want to end up with a guy you struggled for, but with a guy that wanted you right? and if its meant to be with you guys, you'll end up together. you will get through this dont worry
