You have to find a way to change the situation. Maybe if you try to know him a little bit better... Talk to him and be comprehensive.

What is so annoying about him? Is it something that can be possibly changed or is it something that can't be? Whenever I'm approached with someone I find annoying, I just try to focus on something else like the work. If he's doing good work or trying then it doesn't really seem like much of a problem.

WOWW.
This totally relates to what my old Texas History said.
He was a basketball coach, and the lady he worked with IS annoying. Everytime he tried to show the kids a move, the girl coach came and pushed him out of the way. She was just plain rude! Then he came to a new school, and the principal asked him if the lady was worthy of being hired. AND HE SAID NO.
Moral: You don't have to deal with the same person forever.
Just kill your co-worker with kindness, and when you become better than what he is, you'll be able to beannoying to him.

How is he being annoying?
Is it his general personalitity?
Is he harassing you?
Is he innappropriate?
Is he a bad, lazy or slow employee?
I think whatever the reason you should talk with him.
Be diplomatic and professional.
Don't put him down or belittle him.
Just tell him you're trying to make the most positive work environment for everyone and that's why you wanted to talk with him.
You are his superior so its your responsibility to talk to him.
If its REALLY bad then I suggest speaking with someone in Human Resource.

Tolerance and ingnoring. feels like she has a various value gadget. It in area comes from a feeling of inferiority. you may desire to seem at her with pity to comprehend she has such soreness in her soul that it is how she expresses herself. If the "Mexican" way is so great, Why isn't she in Mexico? She has had undesirable studies with adult adult males (are you able to blame them?) so she exparts her thoughts as certainty extremely of it probable being her character. you assert her boss sympathizes along with her. Is she appealing? Bosses (and others) use diverse techniques and reasons to be taken in. do you understand he sypathises or is he purely being non-confrontational. in case you convey a number of those matters to her, she would be in a position to in all probability attack you. purely smile and desire her an incredible day. do no longer succumb to her "mentality".

Have you sat down with him and tried to confront him about his annoyances?
If this hasn't worked either try to only talk to him about "work-related" stuff and nothing more. Maybe he will get the hint.
Unfortunatly, there is one in every group of co-workers.

You have to either find a way to let him know that he's annoying you or go to your boss.
