Beautiful poem Debra. Thank you.
This Christmas eve, the moon was full and so bright it was breathtaking. Made me think of the star of Bethlehem that shone so brightly the night our Savior was born.
Once again, I was awed by the beauty of the universe created by God.
"The Full moon shimmers
Rest of the world glimmers
The dark night glows
The moon light flows
Beckoning...yearning
Rising...Hypnotizing"

Yes, while driving home a few months ago, the sun came though the fall leaves and turned the forest into a cathedral of colors. How anyone could deny a creator, blows my mind.

actual a veteran from the Viet Nam era emailed me and shared with me a tale from until eventually now, in yet another conflict on foreign places soil. It grow to be gripping. I felt his discomfort and suffering of days remembered now quite often by skill of people who experienced the turblent situations of the 60's and early 70's, they have been a element of. Tears welled in my eyes as scars from many years previous etched around the strains of time. i grow to be touched.

Today i considered whether people who kill do it out of convenience or hatred.
I decided that people who hold hatred towards someone rarely act towards their death (although that hatred can lead towards it), however those who consider a person to be irritating or 'in the way' almost ALWAYS act in a way that would be considered manipulative or threatening.
Twas' but a moment, and the clarity of the understanding did pass unto me a sense of peace - whether one would consider that spiritual is a matter of opinion.

You touched my heart,
what more is there to say.
A moment of clarity and keen insight,
to share on a winter day.
We all must "Remember", to never forget!
....The heart must melt with Remembrance and Surrender - just as the flame melts the candle wax....
"Peace be always with you."
Salaams,

Yes,
sometimes when just looking a something that I've seen a thousand times I see something with the eyes of my mind and heart that I've never noticed before.
