busy shedules make the day exhausting and sometimes we get upset due to lack of peace of mind and overexertion.
It leads to stress.
what to do ?

get stress killers, toys and gadgets that can help you take out the stress.
listen to music and think of good things u like.
if ur loves one is not stressed as well, call him for a short moment just to hear their voice and feel better.
look at a picture u have that has good memories in it.
think why u r working and tell urself no job is perfect and everywhere is the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad.. we have to go on eventually...
chill out.. ah yea, go to the jokes and riddles category and laugh a bit

Take a break. Each of you spend an hour doing something you want to do to unwind that doesn't involve the other person. Meet back for dinner and talk. You can't be together all the time, or you'll drive each other insane.

Use your anger constructively. I personally dispose of my anger by working out. There's nothing like harnessing the power of emotion and turning it loose on weights or on the treadmill.

Anger is a natural, powerful emotion. Feel your anger and it's power. Let it out constructively by manipulating it instead of letting it manipulate you.
