I don't understand how ear infections could be caused by the items you listed, and you didn't say that the animal was tested for such (I don't even think it's possible, other than by trial and error), nor did you say when this allergy/infection started (i.e., since it was a pup? a year ago? a month ago? yesterday?), which could make a HUGE difference in the responses you get (for example, did you switch foods just before the allergy/infection started? if so, just go back to the previous food!).
Regardless, even if your pet's problems were caused by the foods you listed, it is highly doubtful that would be the case, as dogs would not be able to survive with some kind of meat in the wild (granted, it's possible this trait may have been bred out since the wolf was first tamed, but I've never heard of a vegetarian dog, at least, not by choice!). Instead, it is far more likely that there is something else in the processed food that triggered the allergy/infection.
So, just look for products that have all-natural ingredients; they'll be more expensive, but will contain less junk and by-products, which, as a result, *might* make your mutt's symptoms go away.
Again, however, I caution you that you did not give enough details, and that you might be overreacting.

I'm not sure you will find anything in general stores. I had a hard time getting a feed for a foster dog I had who seemed to be allergic to just about everything and had to get a diet through the vet which was based on potato and fish. However, I generally use a feed which is lamb and rice, made by Arden Grange you may be able to get it over in the states or other good dog food manufacturers may do something similar.
Alternatively why not make your own food, I sometimes do this myself and use 1/2 whole wheat pasta (you could use rice or potato) 1/4 veg and 1/4 protein (use whatever you like, lamb mince or fish would be fine). A couple of my friends dogs live on this recipe full time and are always in lovely condition.

When my dog was suspected of food allergies, the vet put him on fish and potato dog food. While he gave me a brand prescribed through his office (can't recall the name but it was something Prescription) a variety of well-known dog food companies such as Iams, Eukanuba, and Wellness all carry similar formulas. There are also other combinations such as wild game or lamb and rice. Surprisingly, my dog loved the fish and potato food and it did not smell all that fishy to me. It had a very meaty smell with a slight fish aroma.
Pricewise, the more exotic flavors will be higher. The fish is three or four dollars more for a smaller bag...I can only imagine what something that's made of small game or bison would be. Shop around before you committ to it lifelong. And be sure and read the bag. Even the ones that say Lamb and Rice will often use corn as a filler unless it specifically states that it's hypoallergenic.

Youre probably going to need to go to a pet store for this.
No high quality food is going to contain corn anyway. Chicken and Beef are common, but you can also find lamb, fish, or venison based foods.
There is also a sweet potato based veggie kibble--sold by Natural Balance I think. Pet Supermarket just started selling it, so its should be easy to find.

It might be difficult to find a grocery store brand that doesn't have any of those ingredients. The link below has ingredient lists for most foods you're likely to find in a grocery or discount store. Check under the 1 or 2 star listings.
You'll probably have better luck finding what you need in the higher rated foods. In particular, corn is used is a large number of the grocery and discount store brands, even those that have labels such as "lamb and rice" formula.

You will not find the food your need in any grocery store. You will have to go to a good pet store to find the type of food your looking for.
Timber wolf makes a excellent dog food with not grains or chicken or beef. so does canidae their Lamb abd rice is also an excellent food.
Go to their web sites and look intheir store locator to find a store near you to find the proper food for your dog.

You can find many brands that offer a lamb and rice formula-I think Pedigree and Purina offer them. I feed my 4 babies Diamond so I am not too sure about the brands available in grocery stores but I would check the labels and see what the ingredient list says:>)

Try Blackwood 5000. It has catfish and duck for its protein sources. I have been very happy with their other products but I haven't had any reason to use this food. blackwoodpetfood.com. If there are no local dealers they will ship UPS.
