I've had cuisine from many of the countries surrounding Georgia (like Turkey, Armenia, Russia) but have not tried Georgian Cuisine. I enjoy food from that part of the world. I collect cookbooks and have over 800, but don't have one representing Georgia. Is there one you can recommend?

Yes I eat Georgian cuisine every day. There have been very few days in my life that Georgian cuisine has not been on my menu. As a matter of fact I'm going to...oh...you mean the country Georgia. Never mind.

I've never tried it, but I have a Georgian friend who gave me a recipe once. I haven't had a chance to make it, but it looks delicious.
