Most men wear trousers and necktie and shirts to social events!

If you feel you want to be different and stand out in the crowd - by all means wear what you want.

If you want to conform but love the dress shirt then wear it with jeans or trousers with open neck and tie draped round your neck as if you have just taken if off. You'll look as if you dropped in to this event after a formal one.

You should not be bothered about dressing up or down. Just be yourself that is what most people love most.

Not at all, It would be super if more folks took this attitude and dressed up a bit more. I am a big fan of formal attire, not that I have many occasions to enjoy doing so.

No, not really. However, if you dress up to go to a football game I might think you look a little out of place. But it's your perrogative to do what you want to do.

No, that's nice. A lot of people walk around like they just woke up and don't care what they look like. It's nice to see people who actually take pride in their appearance. Especially "young" people like our age group.

There's nothing wrong with having a sense of style and respect for self as well as others in taking pride in your appearance. I wish more people were like you!
