It's sprouted whole grain bread, no gluten or yeast

Sorry the brand isn't Ezekiel it's Food For Life, the bread I have is their Ezekiel bread, and their hot dog buns. I'm trying to eat food that is closest to natural as possible.

Sprouted bread; do you mean bread that has sprouts in it or bread that has been out and has become a gowing medium?
I am going to take it that you mean bread that has sprouts in it: For me they last for about 2 weeks to 2 months. Because I slice them fresh & freeze them & take out what I want when I want it. Defrosts quickly. I love fresh bread & freeze them all.
