No.

It's obvious from Sam's writing style and his ability to turn out knowledgeable and complete answers, including index, footnotes and external references, that he is a two fingered typer.

Also, he doesn't have the tell-tale scars that he got as a dental student and hadn't learned not to get bitten yet.

Vance

Addendum:

That looks more like him. He's a photographer, so I think he uses the little finger, ring finger and thumb as a tripod and to reach the upper keys.

I think what tripped you up is that he shoots Nikons. Everyone knows all you need is a 'good eye' and a finger to press the shutter and a Nikon will do all the rest.

That would explain a lot. . .

No offense to Dr. Sam, he has great answers!

I think this one is more like him since he leaves long, thought out answers:

that is obviously not sam. Sam is a normal human being with legs, arms, and a face. There is no such creature with an eyeball and two fingers. Although that would make a good Twilight Zone episode.

There are a lot of Dr. Sams but I don't think an eyeball with a finger is Dr. Sam. :(

Now that's a picture you can sink your teeth into, it looks as if someone already did on that 2nd one. Perhaps Dr. Sam can enlighten us on just who gave him those scars?

Who's Dr. Sam?

I think not...but a good attempt.

If it were Dr. Sam...it would be a finger coming out of a molar! :)

Could be ... although I thought Sam had a brown eye.

I think that was probably taken on one of his late night YA sessions! (Maybe right after the D300 ISO test)
