What can happen is that your corrupted file could have been devided and saved in other programs , what you need to do is go to My computer on you desktop and see which programs are running.Cancell all.Refresh your computer and open any files which are relevant to to the corrupted file.Try searching for the program by name and delete it when found. If this does not work you will need to get an anti-virus program which you can download straight from the internet to clear damaged files. If not, you'll have to call in the experts or soon your computer will colapse depending on the size of the corrupted file.

If you tried to delete and format the file/drive and nothing happen so there is only one thing to do scan for virus the drive; if nothing is detected, so check for some removal software on Internet or on your computer.

Call the geek squad or some on line technician that can come out and remove the program for you. If you have a Dell computer you can call the on line Dell connect support team and they will help you.
