Here r the directions some1 gave me but I don't really understand it except for a & b.


a) pause video with image you want
b) enlarge the images as much as you can
c) type keystroke [ctrl]+[prt scr](on my laptop its the [ins] key

d) open your prefered graphics program.. in my case its gimp, yours could be photoshop, or paint shop, etc..

e) Gimp.org (Gimp) allows me to paste into new image.. I select that from the edit menu, and crop from there.

f) Save new image **DONE**

Instruction b) puts the image onto clipboard : d) you then open your photoshop program and e) select "paste" (or use control+V) to put the image into an open page: then you can edit it and save the changes to wherever you want.

You need to be more clear on your end like what are you trying to do nice try though
