Sure it will. If the plastic is brittle start out with a small drill bit, then increase the size of the bit.

Yes, best results will be with drill sizes of 3/16 inch and less.

yes, best to do it on slow speed and not too much pressure though, so you dont crack the plastic, depending on how thick.

Yes but, make sure it's sharp and don't use to much pressure, it will crack.
