Aside from the "elephant-and-ant" type of senseless humour, i don't see any other similarity...!!!!!!!

as for the earlier "serious" answer, ALL animals form the phylum platyhelminthes upwards do those things!

amanda: wrong, elephants are actually quite weak relative to their own body weight.

humans are stronger strength to weight.

ants on the otherhand can lift several times their own weight

and ants do not walk on four legs, who ever said that should be shot.

How about one serious answer? They're both made of cells. They're both eukaryots and they both use DNA. The both grow and repair and maintain homeostasis. They both reproduce and defend themselvs. They both hunt for food and eliminate waste. They're both social terrestrial animals.
