Is there a possible way to download a Rom package instead of downloading Individual roms?

Yeah if you are familiar with torrents then there are several out there. Off the top of my head I know there to be full sets for America, Europe, Japan, All Games, mixed sets of 100, and then various random packs (action games and such).
The sets of 100 correlate to the overall game listing, every NDS rom is numbered based on its release so those sets are of mixed languages and often have repeats. I think there's something like 1800 games in the list at the moment total.
