Why do we watch these silly programmes?
I do sometimes to try to get some inspiration and motivation
to lose a bit of weight. Then I think at my age whats the point.

were you watching the show WHILE you were eating it? Im sure at some point they had few cheesecakes too, or they wouldnt have been on the show to begin with.

Personal satire, I love it. Why feel guilty. If they could see you, then I would say feel guilty while you are laughing, but they can't so enjoy what you wish. Happy New Year!!
