Twitchin'. Seems like most all the words from the 60's have been assimilated by the 'new crew'. Cool, rad, boss, etc.

When we were telling someone off, we would say "Ah your mother's mustache" or "go soak your head." Lol Another one was "go jump in the lake." For cool talk we'd say: Groovey, cool, I heard that, and can you dig it. The answer would be "with both shovels baby."

Between you and me and the fence post.
Where did you get that, the getting place.
God willing and the creek don't rise.
I don't give a continental. (if you don't understand this one, look up continental under currency.)
In the late 60's and early 70's, cool, groovy, fab, and mod.
Oh and my personal fav. This pipe is cashed.

I was a teen-ager in the 50's and early60's....He's the most....He's cute....None of your beeswax....We're going steady...This one I truly mean no offense to any one, ...If you wore green and yellow together it meant you were gay....Golly...Step on a crack, you break your mother's back... can't remember any more, to many years have gone by.

There were several things. My family always said,
"Good Night!", also,
"See you later, alligator, in a while crocodile, pretty soon baboon", also
"the cat's pajamas".
"It drives me up the wall" or
"That'll knock your socks off".
Also "it went over like a lead balloon".
