Mine is an online screen saver. Its a christmas screensaver. Blue gingerbread looking house, with christmas lights.
Actually ita a cabin, now that I look at it...its covered in snow thats highlighted in blue, but the cabin is brown....with xmas lights on it, and snow all around. Its from screensavers.com*

Mine is just different coloured bubbles that are transperant (the colours on the boarder) that float around the screen over the desktop
