i accidentally download an unwanted file. i have no ideal if its virus. after installing it , my mozilla cant work. but everything eles are still working . what should i do ?

I'd suggest that you run a virus scan as well as an antispyware scan to be sure that you didn't download a malicious file by accident.
If that doesn't work, then I'd suggest that you try to do a System Restore and see if that helps you to fix the problem.

Try uninstalling Firefox, redownloading it, and reinstall it.
