A noise is nothing more then air vibration, so yes, you can. But it has to be VERY loud, and probably very low frequency, likely so low frequency to be inaudible.
Killing with an high-frequency noise, the way you break a glass with an high pitched note is probably impossible.

A very loud noise eventually becomes an explosion or shock wave - this compression wave ( or blast from an explosion) will certainly kill anyone close enough. The French experimented with low frequency sounds to kill soldiers on the battle field.

Yes.
In or frenzies of the blast zone.
Socks wave created by sound wave can kill.
Example: Sonic boom can blow you apart, if you get caught in that zone.
Air speed from high speed blowers must be keep at speed way below the speed of sound for safe operation. Same with narrow bodied Jet Aircraft, like Boeing 707( they were crushing very close to the speed of sound and if they had to dive to avoid coalition or had drooped due to air pocket phenomenon, and under those condition, they have on few occasion cause a sonic boom, then the particular air crafts were grounded for structural inspection.

I remember back in the 60s French scientists developed a giant low frequency whistle. On an animal test they killed an 18 stones pig with 156 dBA at 7Hz.
So, yes!

If you could get your internal organs to resonate at a particular frequency enough to disintegrate then it's probably possible.
They did an experiment on Mythbusters where they tried to do the Brown Noise thing, and they had the sounds output at 150dB at almost subsonic frequencies and the guy's body vibrated.

The USAF made a machine in the 1950's that drilled a hole in metal by using sound waves. That will kill you if you got too close.
Any rocket launch sound from Cape Canaveral would do for you also if you got too close. Your internal organs would rupture from the sheer vibration and sound.

only if the loud noise is a gun going off and the bullet enters your head(or somewhere equally vital to everyday business) or the growl of a tiger roaming on the wrong side of a wall for instance

Yes. The compression wave of a thermonuclear blast is the most dramatic example.

a big enough shockwave will kill you instantly, and that could feasibly be described as a very loud noise....

Sound is just waves. A very powerful wave can kill you. Even modest waves can be felt inside your body, vibrating your internal organs.
