Like most people beleive, their simply just selling out. It's understanble. but is the bashing and hating really neccesary?
Personly, i don't really care. If its good music, who cares.
Anybody agree? Whats your opinon?

They can't earn a living unless somebody buys their record. People buy what they want to buy and it doesn't bother me. Its not my money.

I've given up on radio and mtv as they tend to cycle through the same handful of artists without taking big risks on new material.

Sometimes it feels like popular music has become more about good marketing rather then good musicianship.

But then again good music is out there for those who take time to find it so all is not lost. But definitely our media has failed us. Instead of a window to new things it has become a mirror on what already is. No music nowadays is likely to incite any revolutions.

No, they need all the financial support they can get. I don't understand all this "sold out" branding. Do they expect the band to do charity or survive on air only?

C'mon, we all need to earn money, as much as we can.
