OMG ME TOO.
I have the hardest time sleeping when I should be sleeping. I think its because I have a lot on my mind and because I slept until 1 pm yesterday. Haha

It's 10.35pm here in Australia. Hot as well so a lot of people won't be able to sleep tonight. I'm awake because I don't go to bed until after midnight. If you like I will fly over and we can have a big cuddle. That should send you to sleep with all the action that will have gone on. Sleep well pretty one

It is 6:30 here, and I usually have your same problem. However, I was sick for the last week and up all night coughing so I basically just passed out from exhaustion last night. Try some Tylenol PM, if you don't have it, the active ingredient in it is diphenhydramine, which is Benadryl. This should help. Hope you're off to dreamland soon, I know how irritating it is to be unable to sleep! :)

its 5:34 am here and don't worry its the holidays and i've been going to sleep at like 6:30 am and stuff (mom hates it but she can't argue since she doesn't sleep until 4:00 anyways ;)
I plan to force myself back to a stable schedule for school when the holidays are over but other than that...PARTEEE! lol

1. dont do anything like go on your computer or watch tv 1 hour before you go to bed
2. try having something to eat
3.when you are in bed try reading for about 30 mins before you try and sleep this always helps me
