Seriously: Shouldn't the Vio-Notice thing
be reversed in its structure?

As in, where the Objector must bear the burden
of proof that it's warranted? As opposed to
the victim or, "receiver" of said violation?

It has become ridiculous, and it appears nothing
has been followed-up on.

I believe that it's should be like that. They should also be liable to what their accusation was/is. If the violation reported turns out to be not. then the objector would receive the violation notice of grave misconduct and false witness and be subjected for automatic canceling of their accounts also. If ever this gonna happen, maybe then we would not see more of this questions and accusations would rescind.

HEAR YE, HEAR YE !!!!!
Rockman has a point !!
The whole "report" thing
has become a tool for
unwarranted backstabbing,
and malicious intent !!
Perhaps if they started
charging points for each report,
some of this would cool down
a bit !! Dughhhhh !! They charge
points for everything else !!

you can always appeal your violation.
if it is not warranted sometimes they will take it back
for future reference close your fan list off and block your Q&A
you wont get so many violations.
