I don't think so. The closest match I could find was for Harry Weaver who played for the Athletics and Cubs between 1915-1919.

Doesn't look promising.

The only "Hank" who played for the Cardinals between 1947 and 1967 was Hank Sauer, who spent one season in St. Louis, 1956, when he was 39.

There were no players named "Weaver" who were active in MLB in the 1950s. The closest chronologically was Floyd Weaver, who played parts of four seasons with the Indians, White Sox, and Brewers betwen 1962 (age 21) and 1971 (age 30).

He could have been a minor leaguer, but the majors, No, no Hank Weaver is recorded.

No man named Hank Weaver ever played in the major leagues. If anything, he may have played for their minor league team. But in the history of the MLB, there have been no players named Hank Weaver.

Closest names:
Farmer Weaver... Outfielder... 1888 - 1894
Floyd Weaver... Pitcher... 1962 - 1971
Harry Weaver... Pitcher... 1915 - 1919

There was a Jim Weaver with the Browns in 1938. You sure he doesn't spell his name differently?
