Pls provide the source and the chemical structure between EDTA and Chromium.

I don't think EDTA 4- bonds to Cr(+6). If you think I am wrong, please reask the question giving your source of information.

EDTA 4- binds very strongly to Cr(+3). The two nitrogens, and the four carboxylate groups, each attach themselves to one site, so that the central metal is 6-coordinate, in very much the same way as in the Cr(H2O)6 3+ complex ion, except that of course the overall charge on the ion is now -1.

Exept four negatively charged carboxylic groups EDTA has two coordination site too,these are the amine groups of EDTA.
