Lots of water and overloading my system with vitamin C. Orange juice and vitamin C tablets.
Does the trick for me.
Ohhh, and as nasty as it sounds, hack that stuff out of your chest and spit it out.

drink fruit juices specially the ones with vitamin C... avoid going over crowded places.. make sure your warm specially in this cold winter season... if only i was near you... i could make you a warm chocolate with marshmallow or cinnamon drink and some hot chicken and mushroom soup..

You don't. The rule is 3 days coming 3 days staying and 3 days going. Once you get it it just takes time.Drink plenty of water , OJ.

I sleep, drink only water (flavored water) and I drink that horrible flavored stuff that's supposed to help your coughing.
