You have a course listed followed by 3 blank lines. That's one course every 4 lines. If you added 3 blank lines to the end you'd be on line 2192. Divide this by 4 to get 548 courses.

Double-check:

548 courses = 548 lines
547 x 3 blank lines = 1641 lines

Adding together 548+1641 = 2189 as the last line.

Starting at one, for every four lines there is one course. The course comes first and then it is followed by three lines.

2189 / 4 = 547 with remainder of 1.
So the remainder of 1 will be the next course in the next four lines.
Answer: 547 + 1 = 548 courses.
