Unfortunately, I'm not sure that you can, unless you are willing to give oral sex. I had a baby at 39 and after her my body hasn't been the same. My once voracious appetite for sex is now replaced with "I couldn't care less". My sex drive is about nothing, and I force myself to have sex with my husband once in a while "just to keep him happy". I used to enjoy the act so much, so I am beginning to think it is something hormonal for me, and it could be for you too. We are at an age where we are starting to go through changes, so it may not be our faults.
I would suggest that you see either your gyno or your family doctor and tell them what is going on. Maybe there is a supplement or hormone replacement they can give you to enhance your sex drive. Men need physical contact (sex) to stay content, and I don't know about you but I love my husband and I don't want to lose him, but I'm afraid I will if I do not start getting back in to the act soon.
Also, trying to find ways to make sex new and exciting again can really help. What happens sometimes is you just get so used to it with the person you are with that it actually is not any "fun" anymore. Try to find things that will add some spice and see if that helps also.
Just some suggestions from someone who is terrified that she is going to lose her husband because of this reason.

Not going to happen sister!
You're over 40 and you've already quit? What the hell? I know that you couldn't have been that sheltered during your life. There are so many wonderful things to try and do...even if you are not the same skinny thing from years ago or him either for that matter. Variety dear! Do in different areas of the house, in the car, in the garage, on a beach...try something you never did before...find a wrinkle, have some fun!
Seriously, y'all need to talk about it and explore new ideas and be willing to try new things...at least once! Rent videos for ideas...just have fun with it. I'm 43 and my wife is almost 40 and we are more active than we were when we were in our 20s and that was a lot. I've got one hellacious drive and she tries to keep up...not always like I'd want...but we're surviving (she had a 8+month affair with an older guy - go figure). Life is too long to quit now...I feel for the nurses when I'm in the home at 80+...gonna have some fun then!
Try something different besides missionary...like doggie, or spoon...get a copy of the Kumasutra.
Good luck and happy riding

You should talk to your husband about what is happening in your bedroom. It is probably that you have both just got so used to one another that sex has become one of the marital chores. You need to book a night away somewhere and rediscover each other. Sex does become mundane after a while unless you work hard at maintaining the passion and lust that drew you together in the first place. Buy a sexy book, video or outfit and begin to excite each other again.

You might as well either leave him or let him have sex with someone else. If you cut a man off you might as well throw your marriage down the toliet, thats like all the women out there who quit giving bjs after they are married, it looks like the only reason you did it is to sucker the guy into getting married. Either screw him or leave him
I second the other guy I love vanessa too

Cut your husband off and he's going to seek it elsewhere. Find ways to make it not boring. Rediscover the excitement and romance you once felt. Talk to him, re-enact some fantasies, wear something sexy, tell him what turns you on. Don't just give up. It will drive the two of you apart and eventually end your marriage.

It is nearly impossible to do unless your partner feels the same, and I take it, he don't. If you love your partner and I think you do, you need to go to the doctor and he can subscribe something to help your libido. I have heard it does some wonderful things for people with a low sex drive. . .

Unless you both feel 100 percent the same it wont work. He will go elsewhere to get what he needs and then it will all go pear shaped, cos you'll probably be jealous. I would try to get your urge back and do things to make it not so boring.

you know maybe you might want to consider looking into doing something to increase your sexual appetite somehow someway otherwise good luck, sex is why we are here no matter what comes along in life it's importance might lose some lackluster to you but it is our primary drive even if we can't have any children anymore as far as making it work without sex well if you don't believe in luck then you might want to try prayer
