which wildcard teams do you think have the best chance against each one of these teams (assuming washington and tennessee are the final seeds)

NFC: dallas, green bay
wild: seattle, tampa, new york, washington

AFC: new england, indianapolis
wild: san diego, pittsburgh, jacksonville, tennessee

some of you need to shut up and either answer what i asked or go away. yes i know that there are 4 division winners and 2 wildcard but for the purposes of this question all teams with a first round bye are lumped into one group and all teams that play on wildcard weekend are lumped into the "wildcard" group. it really isnt that difficult a concept folks.

Jacksonville and Washington, but you have Seattle, Tampa Bay, San Diego and Pittsburgh as wildcard teams. They are all Division Champs.

The NFC is so weak it's embarrassing. But...I would say that Tampa is the best wild card team. Jeff Garcia is a warrior and Tampa does have one of the better defenses. On the AFC side read my lips: Watch out for Jacksonville. If that running game gets going, it won't make any difference who they're playing. It's going to be a long day for the other defense.

In the NFC Tampa Bay as the best team to pull off the upset in Green Bay (probly not going to happen but they would look to have the best shot

In the AFC Jacksonville going to Pittsburgh they already proved they could beat them in their house in the snow

there are only 2 wild cards in each conference.

Dal, GB, Seattle and Tampa are the NFC division leaders and NY, Wash would be the wild cards

the same for the AFC Only jacks and Tenn in this case would be the wild cards

anyway, i like the Bucs and the Jags chances as underdogs in this years playoff.

uh, there's only 2 wildcard teams in each conference, not 4. NFC wildcards don't stand a chance and i really like Jax in the AFC.
