She's probably met someone. If you tell her YOU need space, she'll say you have met someone, right?

I'm not sure about whether or not you did something wrong, but when a girl says she needs space, then it is simply that. she doesn't want to talk to you any time soon. And there is absolutely nothing you can say to change her mind.

if you didnt do anything wrong then, yes, it's all her. Women are moody and unpredictable at times, just let her have her space, maybe texting her every now and then saying "i hope you are well" so she knows she hasnt lost you as a friend and to let her know you understand.

it depends.. if you are sure that you did not do something wrong then it's her.. she just needs time alone for herself. just like me, i am an extriovert type of person but i sometimes want to spend time alone.
