can a empty cd-rw disc read/load on cd-rom drive..??

just give me yes or no... :)

NO as an unformatted (empty) CD RW contains NO data, not even a file table for the ROM to read, likely to show as empty drive / empty disc or simply error

Some cd-rom drives may not support cd-rws.

But you must have an ancient machine if so...

You have to format cdrw disk before the computer can actuall see anything.

It is empty, so there is nothing to read and will come up with an error
