you shoudnt be worried! my baby was premature , now he is 3 months, but still getting feed thru a tube... it takes time and a lot a patiance with a primmie.. my baby is getting train with a pacifier, you can ask your doctor if this would work with you baby... good luck!!!! by the way your babby is not technicaly 4 months, you need to substract the months that he is behind..

i think you should take your kid to the doctor to be checked out to make sure your kid is ok.
