I like Noah and Zachary. Jasper is nice but it sounds a bit old-fashioned. Tariq/Tarek is a little unusual, but if that is what you are aiming for it does have a little lyrical quality to it :)
Sophie and Madeline are beautiful choices, by the way.
Have you considered maybe Chloe or Caitline if it's a girl, or Nathan or Caleb for a boy? I guess it all depends on how nice it sounds with your last name.

Personally, I don't care for Jasper or Tariq/Tarek due to the fact that I have a negative preconceived notion of what people with those names might be like. I like the others those. How about Sophia; I think it is classy. How about some family names? Also consider what the initials will be; I always feel sorry for those people with odd initials.

Noah: Nice, gentle name. Noah: Peace
Jasper: Funny name, quite weird also. Jasper: Treasurer
Zachary: I love it. Could be shortened to Zac or Zack. Zachary: God has remembered
Tariq/Tarek: Sounds Arabic. i don't like it
Madeline: Nice, simple. classy. Madeline: Woman of Magdala.
Sophie: I don't like this too. Sophie: Wisdom

I like Madeline alot, as well as Zachary. If you are trying to be Biblical, Noah works. Sophie and Jasper sound a bit old-fashioned, and Tariq or Tarek sounds confusing to pronounce/spell.

I love the girl names. I'm not a huge fan of the boy names. Jasper sounds like a dog's name.

Noah and Sophie. Madeline is too common, and Sophie is too, but I like Sophie better. I don't like the other boys names except maybe Zachary.
