i want to get an upgade to my GA- P35-DS3L motherboard it supports Core 2 Quadro and Core 2 Duo which one should i get ? which Video Card an GeForce 8800 GTS or a 8500Gt?

Q6600 is best bang for the buck especially if you overclock it. Otherwise, next best bang is the E6850.

For graphcs card, best bang for your buck is the 8800GT. BUT if you've got money to burn, get the 8800 Ultra Super Clocked.
