Just keep washing them over and over. I've had paint on my hands before. It's a pain. If it dries try flaking it off. It takes a while but works.

People are saying paint thinner and they're correct. However, I have a problem with pouring that all over my hands since it IS a toxic chemical. Take a double-sided sponge like what you use to do dishes with and scrub with the harsh green side with Dawn (Dawn REALLY does remove a lot of things) and if still doesn't work, use paint thinner and the pad. Sometimes you have to break out a real green pad of Scotch-Brite.
Also, depending on the paint, you can use the orange soap that mechanics use. It's that kind that has sand in it so it'll act like the green pad. Forgot what it's called though.
Acetone is good for removing glue and the such. I use a bunch of that stuff at work because of the glue we use in our factory. (Nail polish is acetone to whoever put to try that.)
But try the green pad. Almost always, it works.

try using nail polish remover, or alcohol.
If you use anything other then soap, dont agitate for too long, and be sure to rince your hands thoroughly afterwords, wouldn't want to take off your skin too!
