As far as I know, Dell's still working with the direct-to-consumer business model, and ships directly to buyers. They don't have branches in the Philippines. In fact, they don't have branches. They take orders directly from buyers (keeps overhead down), don't stock inventory (ditto overhead), and don't work with middlemen (cuts down on bad debts). The only way you can get a Dell is by buying one from the company, or buying one from a private, 3rd-party entity that bought (not consigned) it from the company.

I bought my Dell a few years ago from a small shop located at The Podium, the basement one level, if I remember. It's called Gadgets & Gizmos. It was horribly overpriced, which was due to the duties and taxes the owner of the store had to pay to bring in the units he put up for sale (and the rent, which I'm pretty sure is hefty). The store also provided me with a comparable warranty for my laptop, which would have been impossible to get from Dell itself. Also, I think the Dell in the SM Mall of Asia is a call center of the company. I had a friend who worked there, and they don't sell computers. If I remember right, he took calls, helping people figure out why their keyboards, etc. weren't working. Same with the Makati branch. I think it's a call center, too. A simple read-through of the company's website in relation to the Philippines will reveal a heavy emphasis on recruitment for the customer service arm and no mention of products, which may or may not be what you're looking for.
